As a graduate in the APS you’ll do meaningful work from day one and see the impact you make in the community we serve.

We’ll ask you to contribute to work that matters and encourage your ideas.

We’re different to other APS agencies. The NDIA is continually evolving, with the NDIS now supporting more than 646,000 Australians living with disability.

This means that our work and our teams also continue to expand, and we have a wide range of roles open across different functions in various locations.

The NDIA is making improvements. We continue to make changes in our processes to better support people with disability.

This means we need people with fresh ideas and enthusiasm to work towards our commitment. You will get the opportunity and platform to flex your creativity and make positive changes.

Graduates have the opportunity to work from the NDIA office locations outlined below. Remote working opportunities may also be available.

NSW – Penrith, QLD – Brisbane, NT - Darwin, Alice Springs, WA – Perth, SA - Adelaide, Port Augusta, VIC - Dandenong, Geelong, Melbourne, ACT – Canberra, QLD – Robina.

Eligible candidates must:

be an Australian citizen, or will be an Australian citizen by January 2025
have completed at least an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification (a Bachelor degree), equivalent, or higher equivalent by 31 December 2024
have completed your most recent degree no more than 5 years ago on the date you lodge your application
have and keep a valid Australian Government security clearance once accepted onto the program
be willing to take any police, character, health or other checks required.
