We have started our Long form outcomes survey data collection for 2023. Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA) will be contacting participants, their families and carers between 18 September 2022 and 8 December 2022 to ask them questions about different areas of their lives. Participating in the Long form outcomes survey is voluntary. AHA will be calling from this number: 1300 218 928. If you have any concerns about the identity of the caller or their purpose, ask for their name, number and type of survey. You can verify this information by contacting the NDIA directly on 1800 800 110.

Have your say: We will be contacting participants or their nominees by phone, email or SMS to take part in the survey about their recent NDIS experience during access, pre-planning, planning, or plan reassessment.

We have put forward a proposal for short-term improvements to SIL in a consultation paper. We would like to understand what providers think of the solution.
