NDIS participants are encouraged to complete a Home and Living support application if they have a goal related to Home and Living supports that is not able to be met through mainstream, informal, community or related supports.

Our Bereavement Support team is here to support families, carers and support networks when a participant dies. This covers who to call, what information we will ask for, and details of other support and counselling services.
