The NDIA is committed to providing the specialist disability accommodation market with the information it needs to foster continued growth.

We are improving the way participants can request home and living supports.

The medium term accommodation guideline has been updated to provide greater clarity on eligibility criteria and processes, as well as greater consistency in home and living supports planning decisions.

The Australian Government and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has today announced new and significant changes to NDIS home and living supports, to improve the experience for participants.

The Minister for the NDIS, Senator the Hon. Linda Reynolds CSC, recently announced changes to housing supports, to help improve the experience for NDIS participants and providers.
