Updates have been made to the Registered Providers Operational Guideline to provide additional information regarding the transition of the provider registration function from the NDIA to the NDIS Commission. These updates reflect the implementation of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) and its role in the registration of NDIS providers.
The NDIS has been operating in accordance with legislative changes since they were implemented. Updating the Operational Guidelines will provide greater detail on these changes (which are already in place). You can find the details relating to the updates on the NDIS website.
