PACE Provider Information Session - Claims and Payments

To help us deliver better outcomes for participants today and into the future, we built a new computer system – PACE, and improved the way we work.

We want to make sure National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers are ready to support participants who have their NDIS plan created in our new system.

The session will support good claiming practices for registered providers delivering NDIS supports to participants with a plan in our new system.

Information provided at this session will cover:

  • Key changes for providers
  • Bulk payments
  • Claims and payment enquiries
  • Common claiming issues and solutions
