Providers are required to move to the new pricing arrangement by 31 December 2023.
In response to feedback, and to support providers who are yet to transition, we held eight provider information sessions, with over 700 providers in attendance.
As we continue to support providers, we have now released a presentation series, which answers frequently asked questions.
Presentation series
This presentation series has been designed to help providers move to the new pricing arrangement for group-based social and community participation supports. They are pre-recorded, so you can watch the sessions at a time that is convenient for you.
Please consider the presentations alongside the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2023-24 (PAPL) and provider guidance documents, available on the Pricing arrangements page of the NDIS website.
