Due to planned maintenance, the myplace participant portal and provider portal will be unavailable from 8.00pm to 10.00pm on Saturday 27 June 2020, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

We’re seeking nominations from participants, families and carers to help improve our policies, services, templates and more. It’s all part of our Participant First Engagement Initiative, which sees us listening to participants about the best ways to improve our approach.

Nominees and child representatives can now update ‘How can the NDIA contact me?’ and ‘My address details’ in the My Contact Details section of the myplace portal.

You can now choose Mx as a title, instead of Mr, Mrs or Ms. You can also ask not to have a title before your name. Contact the NDIS if you want to change your title.
