On 27 March 2024, the Australian Government introduced proposed changes to the NDIS Act to set up the scaffolding needed to start making the NDIS stronger and to improve outcomes for NDIS participants. As part of the proposed legislative amendments to Section 10 of the NDIS Act, Government has developed draft definitions of NDIS Supports which describe what NDIS funding can and cannot be spent on.
