What the support catalogue is for

The support catalogue gives information on price limits for each NDIS support item.

It also shows which claim type applies to each price-limited support item.

It should be used in conjunction with the NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits.

What the support catalogue is like

The support catalogue lists all the NDIS supports you can claim for payment.

This includes the name and type of support related to support item numbers.

It includes:

  • registration group number
  • name
  • support category number and name (if a quote is required)
  • claim period allowed
  • pricing limits for each state and territories
  • remote and very remote areas.

The catalogue also lists what you can and cannot claim for:

  • non-face-to-face support
  • travel
  • irregular supported independent living (SIL) supports.

It includes information about cancelling appointments with participants at short notice and request reports.
