The Australian Government welcomes 2 prison sentences handed down this week as unprecedented integrity actions continue to strengthen NDIS systems and protect participants.
A Chester Hill man, 37, was sentenced by the Paramatta District Court yesterday (7 September, 2026) to four years’ imprisonment for his role in a multimillion-dollar fraud against the NDIS and Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
