2022-23 Pricing Announcement – Changes to group-based supports and specialist disability accommodation

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is making changes to the way Queensland (QLD), the Department of Seniors, Disability Services and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships (DSDSATSIP) provide in-kind Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation (STA) to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants, along with their families and carers, are experiencing an increase in positive outcomes thanks to their disability supports, the latest Quarterly Report data shows.

From 1 July 2023, the age of children supported under the early childhood approach will progressively change, to include children younger than 9.

From 1 October 2023, Cerebral Palsy Alliance will no longer be an NDIS early childhood partner in Northern Sydney.
