David Tune AO PSM has been appointed to conduct a review of NDIS legislation and rules, which in turn will inform the development of the Morrison Government’s promised NDIS Participant Service Guarantee. Award changes include raised minimum engagement periods applying to casual and part-time home care workers from 1 hour to 2 hours.
