From Monday 27 May, you will notice improvements to the way quotes are managed in the provider myplace portal. These changes will improve your online experience.

The NDIS participant myplace portal will be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance from 8pm Saturday 25 May to 12pm Sunday on 26 May 2019 (AEST).

Updates have been made to the Registered Providers Operational Guideline to provide additional information regarding the transition of the provider registration function from the NDIA to the NDIS Commission. These updates reflect the implementation of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) and its role in the registration of NDIS providers.

The deadline dates for registration requests for specialist registration groups, full assessment groups and streamlined registration groups in Vic, Qld, Tas, ACT and the NT has now passed.

This afternoon the NDIA resolved an ICT issue that was impacting a limited number of myplace portal users. The NDIA apologises for any inconvenience caused.
