From August 2025, providers have been able to transition from using Provider Digital Access (PRODA) to using myID and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM), providing a more secure way to access the NDIS provider portals. Access to the NDIS provider portals via PRODA is now discontinued and all providers are required to use myID and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM). In this session we will: Deliver an overview of myID and RAM, with information on the key changes for all providers. Provide an opportunity for Q&A.
