myID and RAM - Information session for providers
From August 2025, providers have been able to transition from using Provider Digital Access (PRODA) to using myID and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM), providing a more secure way to access the NDIS provider portals.
Access to the NDIS provider portals via PRODA is now discontinued and all providers are required to use myID and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).
In this session we will:
- Deliver an overview of myID and RAM, with information on the key changes for all providers.
- Provide an opportunity for Q&A.

- Sessions are delivered via video-conference using Microsoft Teams.
- Log in details will be sent to the email address you provide at registration, so please ensure you enter your email address correctly when registering.
- The link will be sent 24 HOURS PRIOR to the event date. If you do not receive the link to access, please let us know.
- Registrations not requiring accessibility supports close one business day prior to the session date or once tickets have sold out.
- Registrations requiring accessibility supports close five business days prior to the session date or once tickets have sold out to allow time for bookings.
