Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Stuart Robert today announced the next phase of the Digital Partnership Program to improve the digital experience for NDIS participants and providers.
Today marks the completion of the staged national geographical roll-out of the NDIS with Christmas Island and Cocos Island joining the world-leading Scheme.
Changes to some Local Area Coordinators (LAC) Partners in NSW are now complete. The new Partners are now fully supporting participants in these service areas and will continue the great work they have always undertaken.

The new Participant Information Access process is an easier and faster way for current and prospective participants, or their authorised representatives, to access the personal information we hold about them.
The NDIS participant and provider myplace portals and the NDIS website will be unavailable between 11:00 PM Australian Eastern Time (AET) on Saturday 14 July 2018 and 5:00 AM AET on Sunday 15 July 2018 for scheduled maintenance.
