In response to an article published in The Australian today and media and public interest in NDIS expenditure on individual contracts with a value of $100,000 or more, we have re-published information relating to Senate Order 13 for Entity Contracts. This information was first published on 31 August 2019.

From 1 October 2019, NDIS participants will be able to receive funding through their NDIS plans for the disability-related health supports they need as a direct result of their disability, and as part of their daily life.

The NDIA would like to reassure participants and their families the entities which have been subject of media reporting today in relation to alleged fraud and forgery, are not eligible for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding.

The Australian Government has announced applications are now open to share in $62 million worth of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Information, Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) grants.
