The Australian Government today is introducing significant legislative changes to the Parliament that will improve the quality of care and the safety of every Australian who receives support from the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Organised criminal gangs who prey on NDIS participants and their families, are being targeted by a coordinated enforcement campaign, led by the Australian Government’s Fraud Fusion Taskforce (FFT).

The Australian Government has today announced Mr Graeme Head AO as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the NDIA. The NDIA Board, headed by Chair Kurt Fearnley AO, appointed Mr Head for a 3 year term following an extensive, national recruitment process.
