The Agency is committed to completing the 2020-21 end of financial year (EOFY) statements in a timely manner with minimal disruption.
There is no expected outage planned to the myplace provider or participant portals over the EOFY period.
Payments and service bookings will not be impacted or delayed over the EOFY period.
The last payment run for the 2020-21 financial year will be on Wednesday 30 June 2021.
The first payment run for the 2021-22 financial year will be on Thursday 1 July 2021.
