The Complex Home Modification Guide is designed to increase knowledge and understanding of complex home modifications to reduce the number of re-quotes and facilitate timely approvals.
The NDIA encourages assessors and builders to use the CHM guide to provide all necessary documentation including a CHM assessment plus a detailed builders quote to avoid delays.
