We have updated the Supported Independent Living (SIL) operational guideline to reflect recent changes to SIL provider registration requirements and provide greater clarity on SIL decision making.
The updated guideline explains how the Agency makes decisions about SIL and what information it considers. It includes updates about:
- arrangements that are not SIL
- 24-hour individual support criteria
- mandatory registration for SIL providers
