The NDIA is launching an expression of interest (EOI) to invite Dog Guide providers to join a Dog Guide Provider List (DGPL).
This initiative is part of broader reforms to support participants, their families and caregivers to access quality, evidence-based support.
The EOI opens from 5 November 2025, closing 3 December 2025 5pm AEDT.
The DGPL is designed to improve access to high-quality dog guide supports by assisting participants who have funding for dog guide support to be able to access:
- clear and easily accessible dog guide and other dog guide related product information
- transparent pricing which clearly sets out terms and conditions, pricing inclusions and exclusions, and delivery timeframes
- clear service level standards
- clinical support and advice about products.
To be considered for the list, providers need to apply and meet eligibility criteria and minimum requirements set out in the DGPL Statement of Requirements and submit their EOI by 3 December 2025 5pm AEDT.
To register for the DGPL EOI, providers must use the online form on the NDIS Engage community platform .
Please note, participants do not have to use the Dog Guide Provider List and can continue to use their dog guides and dog guide related products from another provider of their choice.
