We updated the continence provider list on 29 October.
In response to provider feedback and strong sector interest, we have released an open expression of interest from 29 October 2025 for new providers to join the list.
To be considered for the list, providers need to apply and meet additional service requirements which include accessibility, transparent pricing, range of products and customer service.
The continence provider list helps participants, families, and carers find and compare quality continence providers with transparent pricing - all in one place.
Participants do not have to use the providers on the Continence Provider List and can continue to use their current provider or switch to another provider of their choice.
