Corporate Plan 2025–26 now available

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has released the NDIA Corporate Plan 2025–26 in accessible Word, PDF and Easy Read formats.

The corporate plan reinforces our commitment to improving the NDIS and delivering benefits to participants, their families and carers, and the community.

The plan outlines the NDIA’s purpose for the next 4 years. It details the key activities we plan to carry out and the measures we will use to assess our performance.

This year’s corporate plan reflects changes to NDIS legislation that came into effect on 3 October 2024, through the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Getting the NDIS Back on Track No.1) Act 2024.

We have included an updated legislative function to address risks related to fraud and the misuse and abuse of NDIS funds. A new key activity has been added to the NDIA’s performance framework, under Program 1.2. And there are new performance measures.

The new corporate plan will help strengthen strategic alignment across the NDIA’s business areas, facilitate markets in the disability sector, and strengthen the integrity of the NDIS for all Australians.

The corporate plan complements other recent work to ensure the NDIS delivers on its intent, in accordance with the expectations of participants, the public and the Australian Government.

The plan also strengthens the NDIA’s commitment to the National Agreement on Closing the Gap Priority Reforms and empowering First Nations people in the design and delivery of NDIS services.

Detailed information about our purpose, outcome statement and functions and programs can be found from page 10 of the plan.
