The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has released the Corporate Plan 2024–2025 in accessible Word, PDF and Easy Read formats.
The Corporate Plan highlights our commitment to continuing to deliver transformative benefits for participants, families, carers and the community while remaining responsive to ongoing work to improve the NDIS.
This year’s plan outlines the NDIA’s updated strategic direction for the next four years. It details the key activities we plan to carry out and how we will measure our performance.
Our outcome statement has also been updated to better align with our new strategic direction while ensuring it is consistent with the objectives of the NDIS Act. The new outcome statement is also consistent with recommendations from the NDIS Review and Joint Standing Committee on the NDIS, with a continued focus on improving participant outcomes with a financially sustainable Scheme.
