Australian Catholic University
It is essential to the success of the NDIS that service providers are meeting the needs of their clients in an efficient, effective and innovative manner. The Australian Catholic University has developed online training modules on:
- Finance; and
- Becoming a service provider of choice.
This learning program is designed to assist service providers to identify the organisational changes necessary to prosper in the new disability services environment. The training modules may be accessed on the Plan for NDIS website.
TL Consult has developed a practical guide to change management and suggests strategies for adjusting to the new environment for delivering individual supports the NDIS will bring. The guide includes information about specific areas organisations will need to consider with an emphasis on planning in an uncertain environment.
