Benchmarking survey overview
The NDIA supports an independently managed and delivered benchmarking survey on the operational models of disability service providers to:
- assist in the development of a sustainable NDIS market that provides choice to Scheme participants
- increase the information available to providers to gauge performance against their peers and support their transition to a more open and competitive market
- inform the Agency's role as market steward and to allow evidence-based decision-making (noting that the Agency only receives de-identified summary information from the survey provider).
The 2020-21 financial benchmarking survey is managed by Deloitte on behalf of the NDIA. It covers services provided in the financial year ending 30 June 2021.
The survey opened on 29 March 2021 and closes at 5:00 pm (AEST) Friday 23 April 2021. The survey will take about 2 hours to complete.
Deloitte emailed providers a link to the survey. If you have not received your survey email, please check junk and spam folders before contacting [email protected]
