National provider survey

On Monday 26 November 2018, registered NDIS providers across Australia, both active and inactive, will receive an email with a direct link to the survey. The survey is being sent to each registered provider's contact email in the myplace provider portal.

The survey is scheduled to be conducted twice a year with reporting of trends through the COAG quarterly process. All responses are de-identified and confidential.

We are working hard to make improvements to the provider experience and we need to hear provider feedback and views about the NDIS and how the NDIA is performing.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and responses are confidential. Providers should ensure their email address is up-to-date on the myplace provider portal so that they receive the survey link.

We are committed to working in partnership with providers to deliver the NDIS. The national provider survey is designed to collect information about satisfaction with the NDIA and the general level of confidence in the NDIS.
