Information for self-managed participants

We are aware of some instances where self-managing participants or nominees are experiencing difficulty lodging payment requests on the NDIS myplace portal.

The issue is currently being investigated as a priority and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible. This notice will be updated as soon as the issue is resolved.
