Participants, their families and carers may receive a phone call or SMS to participate in a survey from 1 September to 27 November 2020. The NDIA will use survey results to help identify the types of supports that lead to good outcomes for participants and to improve the NDIS.

Submissions to the Review of Supported Independent Living (SIL) Price Controls Issues Paper are now open. Results of consultation sessions and submissions will inform recommendations presented to the NDIA.

Scams Awareness Week starts on 17 August and aims to highlight to all Australians the importance of keeping personal information secure. The NDIA is encouraging participants, families and carers, providers and the wider sector to ‘Protect yourself from scammers’.
