The existing NDIS participants who will transfer to the new computer system and be involved in the test include people who:
- have a plan coming to an end after 28 November 2022
- need changes to their plan after 28 November 2022 and before their plan’s reassessment date
- are leaving the NDIS.
If you are an existing participant, you don’t have to do anything to transfer to our new computer system.
Your myNDIS contact will help you prepare for a plan reassessment.
Your new plan will be based on your current plan budget.
As part of the plan reassessment process, you will be able to meet with the NDIA planner who approves your plan.
Your planner will talk with you about your living situation, goals and day-to-day supports to check they have a good understanding of your situation to make sure the supports in your plan fit together and explain the decisions they’ve made.
