Information for NDIS providers about PACE and the new my NDIS provider portal

The NDIA encourages NDIS providers to attend an information session to learn more about our new computer system called PACE, and the new my NDIS provider portal.

These new systems will eventually replace the current computer system and myplace portal.

We want to make sure NDIS providers are ready to use these new systems.

Testing of the new systems has been underway in Tasmania since 14 November 2022.

This information session will be of particular interest to providers outside of Tasmania that have not worked with our new computer system or portal yet.

Note to Tasmanian providers: this session will not deliver any new information to what you have received during the test period.

PACE and the new my NDIS provider portal are designed to be more user-friendly and make it easier for NDIA staff, partners and providers to do their job, giving them more time to deliver a quality experience to participants.

In this session we will deliver an overview of the Participant, Platform and Process initiative also known as 3P, and how it aims to improve the participant experience and the way we work through a new computer system and provider portal.

We will also give you an overview of the key changes that have been tested in Tasmania over the last 6 months.

For all enquiries regarding this session, please contact [email protected] and include the session name in the subject line.

Registration is through Eventbrite, please read our advice on using the Eventbrite platform located on the NDIS website: Privacy | NDIS.
