APM are working with the NDIS to deliver the Local Area Coordination Partner in the Community Program. 

Join APM Communities for a free participant focused practical workshop on how to access the NDIS.

During this free session we will cover:

  • What is the NDIS and eligibility criteria
  • How to access the NDIS and understand access request forms
  • Evidence required to access the NDIS
  • Your next steps

Here are all the session times for QLD, NT and WA accounting for time zone differences.
