The NDIS Review and previous research undertaken by the Agency has identified common challenges and barriers experienced by people with disability during access and planning.
The Access and Planning Pathways initiative is responsible for reformed participant experience across the access and planning pathway.
The Participant Pathway Experience Co-design Working Group will focus on what needs to be co-designed together this year for new planning pathway reforms. The new planning pathway will start with a small group of participants to test and make sure we get these changes right.
The transition of participants to the new planning pathway will take place over time and will continue until mid-2031.
