My NDIS mobile app

The NDIA has developed a mobile phone app for participants to provide a more accessible and user-friendly digital experience.

The app will give participants another way to:

  • View their budgets
  • View their current plan timelines
  • Make and manage claims.

The new mobile app is part of our ongoing commitment to improve the participant experience.

My NDIS mobile app pilot

Our pilot has been running from July 2020 and is giving us valuable feedback.

The my NDIS mobile app has been extensively tested for android and is available on google play.

We are continuing to test the app on iOS before we make it available to iPhone users.
