The age range for children supported by the early childhood approach is changing

We would like to invite you to an information session about the change to age range for children supported by the NDIS early childhood approach.

From 1 July 2023, the age of children supported under the early childhood approach is changing to include children younger than 9.

Currently the early childhood approach supports children younger than 7.

Early childhood partners are not located in remote and very remote areas.

If you live in an area that doesn’t have an early childhood partner, then on 1 July 2023 the age range change will not impact you.

Changing the age to include children younger than 9, ensures these children and their families are supported by an early childhood partner during and after their transition to primary school.

Information provided at this session will explain why this change is happening and how  the change will roll out over the next 2 years

For all enquiries regarding this session, please contact [email protected] and include the session name in the subject line.
